Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Shipping costs of large items will be invoiced after the items are purchased. For a quote prior to purchasing email olivia@phillips-daughter.com

Please note all sales are final. In the case, you receive an item damaged or not in the condition as shown in photos please email us at olivia@phillipsdaughter.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests for amendments or cancellations must be made within 72 hours of any order placement. Cancellations are not accepted after components have been obtained or due to differences between estimated and actual completion times. No reimbursements will be given in the event of delays, mistakes, or duplicates.

All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation of items.

In-Stock and Small Orders

All in-stock items are set to ship 7-10 business days after the order is placed.

Oversized Furniture 

All oversized furniture items are shipped via freight with a lead time depending on the state and country of delivery.

Made to Order 

Items made to order will be shipped as soon as production is finished. If a small item please allow 2- 10 business days to receive it if domestic, and 10-20 days to receive it if international. 

International VAT & Customs Duty

Should you reside in a country that imposes added duties to imported merchandise, you will be requested to cover the additional fee. When the package is shipped back to us and arrives unharmed, we will issue a refund minus the cost of return postage. In the event that duty is not accepted and the package is abandoned, we cannot offer compensation; similarly, if the piece is sent back to us damaged or broken, we are unable to provide a refund.
