Shipping policy

Every piece is made by hand after you order, so please allow time for both building and delivery.

Production time

Most pieces take 6 to 8 weeks to build, counted from when your order and payment are confirmed. Larger or custom pieces can take longer, and we will give you an estimate when you order. Production times are estimates, not guarantees, and may change with materials, workload and finishing time.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. International shipping is available by request; contact us for a quote.

Delivery options and cost

• Freight / white-glove delivery / local delivery or pickup in Ambler, Pa.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted by email, based on size, weight and destination.
• You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees on orders shipped outside the United States.

Tracking and scheduling

When your piece is finished, we will email you to arrange delivery and send tracking details once it ships. Large items usually require the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment with you. Please keep your phone and email available.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-delivery or re-shipping fees caused by an incorrect address or a missed delivery appointment are your responsibility.

Inspecting your delivery

Please inspect the packaging and your piece on delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, and email olivia@phillips-daughter.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos. See the Refund and Returns Policy for how damage is handled.

Delays

Weather, carrier issues and other events beyond our control can delay delivery. We are not liable for delays by carriers, but we will help you follow up with them.
